Všetečka Zelený Švorčík and Partners, Law and Patent Office, continues traditions of the former Advokátní poradna č. 10 with offices at Žitná 25 with the purpose to maintain the long-standing tradition of high-quality legal services in intellectual property and commercial law. Our firm assists a number of domestic and foreign firms in handling their legal affairs in the Czech Republic and abroad.

Enforcement and Litigation
We prosecute patent applications in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and before the European Patent Office and International Bureau WIPO. This includes consultations with clients, drafting patent applications and replying to examiners’ official actions. In addition, we file requests for nullity as well as requests for declaratory action on patent infringement. Many of our patent attorneys have long-standing experience as former patent examiners at the Patent Office. Our office is equipped with a computer system to ensure reliable docketing of applications and payment of patent annuities.
We prosecute trademark applications in the Czech Republic and Slovakia and before the International Bureau WIPO and since 1 May 2004 also before the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) in respect of Community trademarks. We conduct all types of trademark searches in the Czech Republic and Slovakia along with our assessment on confusing similarity, we provide our clients with consultation as to selection of their trademarks, file oppositions and requests for cancellation as well as defence against such filings by third parties against our clients. Most of our trademark staff are former trademark examiners at the Patent Office. Our computer system ensures timely requests for renewal of registered trademarks.
