Banking & Finance:
The banking and finance group covers the full spectrum of banking and finance law, including acquisition and project financing, leasing and bond issues. Capital Markets:
The capital markets group offers specialist advice on all aspects of securities law and traditionally acts on the largest IPOs. Members of the group have extensive experience in acting for both issuers and underwriters in national as well as international public offerings of Danish securities. The group also assists prospective bidders and Danish listed companies in take-over bids.

M&A:
Gorrissen Federspiel has for a number of years acted as advisors in a large number of the most comprehensive and complex transactions in Denmark. The firm’s corporate/ mergers and acquisitions group has a leading role in many cross-border transactions. The group advises large Danish companies as well as multinationals and private equity funds on mergers, disposals, restructurings and MBOs.

Dispute Resolution:
Members of the dispute resolution group specialise in all areas of dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration cases before the Danish courts, the arbitration panel on construction law and other public panels, the European Court of Justice and national and international arbitration panels, dispute resolution and handling of disputes and mediation and other types of structured settlement negotiations. The group is home to some of the top Danish arbitrators and litigators.

EU & Competition:
Gorrissen Federspiel has one of the leading Danish competition law practices with comprehensive practical experience in advising clients within all aspects of competition law. Members of the EU and competition group specialise in providing clients with general advice on issues concerning Danish and EU competition law. The group covers the full spectrum of competition issues, as well as public procurement matters.

Restructuring & Insolvency:
The insolvency group has considerable experience and expertise in all aspects of insolvency and restructuring law. For many years the group has administered some of the largest bankruptcy estates in Denmark and handled the most complex national and international cases. Members of the group advise on all insolvency and restructuring law matters and act as reorganisers, trustees and liquidators.

IP & Digital Business:
The IP and digital business group is a full-service practice focused om intellectual property rights, technology, personal data, IT and outsourcing. The members of the group are equally at home with contentious and noncontentious mandates and have considerable experience within infringement cases. Real Estate:

Shipping:
The shipping/offshore/transportation group is a leading adviser within the Danish maritime, offshore and transportation industries.
