(The following information was supplied by the firm)
Studio Legale Corte is an Italian firm that deals exclusively with food law and related subjects.
Studio Legale Corte assists food business operators, including producers, importers, companies in large-scale distribution and mass caterers. The areas of practice cover legal advice and defensive activity in courts, both in criminal proceedings and in challenging regulatory sanctions.
In our firm, each matter is followed by several lawyers at the same time, working in teams on all clients matters and on all problems. This type of teamwork is possible thanks to our close-knit approach to client work created over decades of applying knowledge and perfecting our collaborative approach to client service. Everyone has in fact grown professionally within Studio Legale Corte, with a focus exclusively on food law.
Teamwork allows our lawyers to confront each other on any issue, increasing each other’s experiences in our services, and thus combining each lawyer’s contributions on each issue. In this way we guarantee our clients consistent assistance that brings together all the professional experience of the Firm.
Defensive activity and advice are carried out throughout Italy.
In 2018 Studio Legale Corte obtained the quality certification UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015 for the provision of legal, judicial and extrajudicial services, in the areas of specialization of the Firm (food law, environmental law, commercial and industrial criminal law).
