Carey has extensive experience advising creditors, investors and borrowers in all types of banking and financial transactions. It has represented domestic and foreign clients in bilateral or syndicated loans, with or without guarantees; liability management; public and private offers and placements of capital and debt, both local and international; securitisations; project financing; structured products and operations with derivatives; among many others.
Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions:
Carey is a market leader in structuring M&A and has been consistently recommended by important publications in this area. The firm advises a wide range of clients including multinationals, funds and foreign companies investing for the first time in Chile. In addition, Carey works with local and Latin American companies expanding their businesses throughout Chile and the region.
