Corporate and M&A
Our Corporate and M&A team works on the most complex cross-border projects that embrace legal due diligence, evaluation of tax implications, advice on the most suitable restructuring schemes and establishing international joint ventures, as well as preparation of all leading documents and post-transaction services.

The Employment team led by managing associate Aleksandr Masaliov focuses mainly on labour and immigration, employee international mobility, as well as individual taxation including international matters. The practice is led by partner Inga Kostogriz-Vaitkienė who has a sound experience in litigation by representing international and local clients in the court of all instances. Inga mainly focuses on the disputes arising from public procurement, construction and contract law.
In the recent year, CEE Attorneys secured several wins in the resonant cases. As well, it has submitted two claims to the Supreme court of Lithuania, based on these new precedents shall be set the Supreme court of Lithuania.

Real Estate & Construction
The Real Estate & Construction team provides a wide scope of legal advice and focuses of consulting the clients on all real estate project development aspects: legal due diligence, acquisition contracts, territory planning, designing the building, obtaining building permits, drafting and negotiating construction work agreements, sale-purchase agreements, sales of the residential objects. We also represent clients in legal disputes mostly related to contractual obligations and construction permits.
In the last years, the Real Estate & Construction team is mainly focused on most problematic cases and deals in real estate development markets: Real estate development projects that are developed on public land, areas designated for conversion projects and disputes arising from; Territory planning and disputes between co-owners of the land plot; Development of unurbanized areas or areas designated for conversion from industrial to residential areas in Vilnius.
The practice is led by Kristina Sabaliauskienė who has practiced Real Estate and Construction law since 2009. Kristina has represented some of the largest real estate developers and construction companies in the region.

Intellectual Property & GDPR
We work with the e-commerce, retail, telecom, IT, and fintech companies, providing them regulatory support with licencing, service provision, sell-purchase and other contracts, helping them comply with General Data Protection Regulation (at the legal and procedural level, including analysis of technological processes), as well as protect their intellectual property and defense their rights regarding infringement of their IP rights.
