Gafisa makes an offer for the acquisition of Construtora São José, but negotiations are unsuccessful

In May of this year, the company Gafisa was in the final stages of negotiations to acquire one of the best known high-income developers in São Paulo, Construtora São José (“ São José ”), aiming to reach its select portfolio of clients, both investors , how many buyers. However, Gafisa reported that the deal was not closed, without disclosing the reasons.
