Law No. 19,691 (“the Law”) entered into force in November 2018 with the objective of promoting the labor inclusion of people with disabilities. One of the established mechanisms was that in all new personnel entry, companies that have 25 or more permanent workers on the payroll should employ people with disabilities with the necessary conditions and suitability for the position, according to the percentages established by the Law. and its Regulatory Decree (“the Percentage”). The Percentage applies to all permanent workers of the company.
