Ms. Vivian Wang is the Leading Partner of the Trade Remedy Team. Ms. Wang began to practice trade law since 2001. Her practice area is Trade Policies, Anti-Dumping, Countervailing, Safeguards and WTO related laws. Chambers and Partners accredits Ms. Wang a ranked lawyer for International Trade/WTO for years; she has also been recognised by Who’s Who Legal as an International Trade and Customs lawyer for several years. In 2016, she was awarded ALB China Top Female Lawyer.

Ms. Wang has represented more than 170 Chinese companies in responding to trade remedies investigations of the European Union, Canada, Australia, Eurasian Economic Union, Turkey, Ukraine, USA, India, Pakistan, Thailand and Mexico, etc.; she is also advising foreign companies in responding to the investigations initiated by China. Due primarily to good results obtained for the companies represented, she is recognised as one of the top trade lawyers in China. She has acquired good knowledge of law as well as technical expertise.

Ms. Wang represents companies not only in original investigations, but also in all kinds of review investigations, such as new exporter review, interim review and expiry review.

Ms. Wang also represents different sectors of industry on “non-injury defense” in various anti-dumping and/or anti-subsidy investigations, which include cases of Solar Panel, Citric acid, E-bike, Bicycle, Stainless steel fittings, Bulldozer and Melamine, etc. In several investigations, the investigation authorities terminated the investigations following her successful injury arguments. As a result, she has earned a good reputation from her clients.
