With over 20 years of experience exclusively in Intellectual Property (IP), Siew Ling’s practice spans the full spectrum of IP matters, from creation, protection and litigation to enforcement of IP rights.

Siew Ling has conducted trials and argued appeals at the Court of Appeal and Federal Court where precedent setting cases in IP had been decided. Career

Siew Ling was admitted to practice in 1998 and joined the ZICO Law network in 2014. Siew Ling started her legal career in Messrs Shearn Delamore & Co specializing in IP before moving on to Messrs Tay & Partners as an IP partner where she was attached to for 10 years prior to joining the firm.
