Experience
- German joined the firm in 2011 and currently coordinates the Litigation department in the Costa Rica office. His experience includes working as a successful litigator in multiple criminal proceedings, both as a private defender and as a plaintiff. He also has extensive experience in ordinary civil proceedings as well as unfair competition proceedings.
Profession
- Degree in Law from the University of Costa Rica, obtaining the approval with honors of his thesis, with recommendation for its publication.
- He was admitted to the Bar Association.
- Graduated as a specialist in Notarial Law from the Universidad Latina.
- Master in Criminal Law Sociology at the University for International Cooperation in agreement with the University of Barcelona.
