- Andrey is a Partner of the firm and has vast experience in the area of corporate and financial law. He is the partner in charge of M&A and private equity for the Costa Rica office. He has participated in a significant number of mergers and acquisitions, for national and international clients.
- He has extensive experience in due diligence processes and negotiation of contracts and joint ventures, and has also participated in the financing and refinancing aspects of companies. Additionally, Mr. Dorado is responsible for the practice of Competition Law in Costa Rica. He has participated in numerous merger notifications before the Commission to Promote Competition, and has extensive experience in advising companies on commercial competition issues.
