Ariel is a partner at Bufete Aguirre, Quintanilla, Soria & Nishizawa. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Legal and Social Sciences at the “Juan Misael Saracho” University of Tarija, Bolivia (Suma Cum Lauden). He is responsible for the area of ​​litigation and arbitration in the city of La Paz and is assigned to the attention of civil, commercial and labor, family and bankruptcy proceedings. Likewise, it deals with issues related to arbitration and conciliation, contracts, labor law and social security, inheritance and family, compliance, granting of credits and constitution of guarantees, collections and debt recovery.

With more than 25 years of professional experience, Ariel has developed as Permanent Secretary of the CODETAR Summary Court; Assistant and Secretary of Courts in Civil Matters in the Court of Justice, Legal Advisor of the Tarija Development Corporation; National Director of Guardianship Services and Adoptions of ONAMFA.

He taught commercial law at the Tarija Commercial Institute and Procedural Law at the Bolivian Catholic University. Likewise, he has acted as legal representative of several companies and their representative before various instances and institutions. He was a lawyer at the Law Firm CR & F.
