Jose Ramon is co-founder of Consortium Legal – Honduras where he is Executive Director and partner of the firm. His specialties are Banking and Finance, Corporate Affairs, Corporate Finance, International Financial Transactions and Mergers and Acquisitions. 

During his experience he has participated in large financial transactions, involved with both national and international multinational banks. He was a substitute judge of the Supreme Court of Justice of Honduras, has participated in cross-border financial transactions for amounts ranging from US$ 30.0 Million to US$ 1,700.0 Million, involving international banks and local and regional borrowers, and has structured guarantees through trusts within some of those transactions, also in has participated in cross-border mergers and acquisitions for amounts ranging from US$ 50.0 Million to US$ 650.0 Million between foreign acquirers and local sellers.
