She has over 15 years of experience advising national and international corporate clients focusing her practice on labor and social security matters with a preventive focus. Andere has particular expertise in designing and preparing legal structures, handling conflicts internally and before labor authorities, hirings, severance payments, personnel restructuring, drafting and review of internal regulations, policies, codes of conduct, protocols and manuals for industrial safety and biosafety, negotiations with unions, work councils and other employee representative bodies, while counseling companies in their day to day labor and social security matters.
