Adrian has extended background in Banking and Finance, Corporate Law, M&A, Real Estate Finance and Aviation. Adrian advises companies on a full range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, investment funds, cross-border commercial transactions and joint ventures.

Adrian is member of the Aviation Practice Group; he has represented financial institutions,  institutional lessors and airlines in the leasing, stucturing and secured financing of private and comercial aircrafts.

Adrian worked as a Foreign Legal Advisor at the New York office of Winston & Strawn LLP (2019-2020), where he mainly participated in M&A transactions, structured finance and capital markets.

Adrian obtained his Law degree from Universidad Panamericana in 2012, has Postrgraduate Studies in Commercial Law from the same University, and received his LLM from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2016.
