Partner at PPU expert in corporate and contractual matters, and commercial proceedings (arbitration and insolvency). He has advised local and international clients structuring and implementing new businesses, joint ventures, corporate matters, commercial contracts, corporate reorganizations and foreign investments. In the last years, he has advised various corporate and M&A deals, having actively participated in the international expansion plans of clients such as Empresas Lipigas, SBA Torres and Synlab Group, among others. He has broad experience in dispute resolutions related to complex distribution transactions and corporate matters, and he is an arbitrator before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, and the arbitration court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Paris.

He has a Law Degree from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (1992), a post – graduate degree in Commercial Law from Universidad de los Andes (1994) and an LLM on International Business Law, graduated with merit from Queen Mary & Westfield College, University of London, United Kingdom (1998). He was the winner of a JICA fellowship for Private Sector Middle Management for Pacific Cooperation, Tokyo, Japan (1994).

Felipe has been speaker and a teacher of undergraduate and postgraduate Secured Transaction courses. He is the former Director of the Commercial Law specialization program at the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana and is currently one of the designated teachers of the Trade Contract courses for undergraduate students at the same institution.
