Jaime Herrera

Jaime Herrera is a founding partner of Posse Herrera Ruiz. He heads the Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Law practice groups of the firm. His practice focuses on M&A, Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Energy Law.  Jaime also participates in Compliance and in Competition matters, particularly those dealing with Anti- Trust matters.

Jaime advises clients on corporate expansions, investment strategies, complex local and international financings, and M&A in various sectors of the economy.

He received a Degree in Intellectual Property Law from Queen Mary College of the University of London, and a JD from Universidad Javeriana. He speaks Spanish and English.
