Carolina Posada is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. She has over 20 years of experience in resolving disputes for civil and administrative courts, as well as in national and international arbitration courts, and a proven track record of success representing local and international clients in commercial actions and proceedings. Her professional practice covers the insurance and reinsurance law, as well as contractual liability and damages.

She is a member of the Latin American Arbitration Association (ALARB), national arbitrator of the Arbitration Center of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá and the Dispute Resolution Chamber of the Colombian Football Federation. She is also a national and international arbitrator of the Arbitration Centers of the Chamber of Commerce of Medellín and the Chamber of Commerce of Cali. Recently she has acted as an expert in Colombian law fir the United States courts.
