Alejandro Turbay is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz. His professional practice focuses on urban planning and the development of real estate projects.

He has worked in local law firms, as well as in the development of real estate and infrastructure projects with the government and the private sector; also has extensive experience in notarial law.

Alejandro advises on the day-to-day activities of construction companies, developers, and landowners. It mainly focuses on the management, negotiation, and structuring of projects and the resolution of complex legal urban planning issues.

He received a J.D. from Universidad Javeriana, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Boston University, a graduate degree in Urban Law from Universidad del Rosario, and a certificate in advanced negotiation of the Harvard University Program on Negotiation. He speaks Spanish and English.

He has lectured as a postgraduate professor at the Universidad del Rosario, Universidad Javeriana and Universidad de la Sabana.
