Beyond proven expertise in M&A tax management on the French and international market, Denis works hand in hand with CEOs and tax departments on the tax issues and strategy they are in charge of.

More specifically, Denis advises clients in media, energy, luxury and construction and assists them on tax inspection and litigation issues. Many CEOs also trust him with their individual tax situations.

Finally, Denis helps manage the M&A and Private Equity teams at Arsene and Taxand. He is an IACF member.

At the office, Denis is the Managing Partner and a member of the Partner Committee.
