Martin Kríž

Martin Kriz, partner, holds law degrees from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague and Comenius University Law School in Bratislava, as well as an MBA from Warwick Business School in England.

Martin worked as a foreign associate in a leading firm in the City of London between 1999 and 2000. With that exception, he has been working at PRK Partners since 1996. Martin became a partner in 2001.

He has broad corporate, banking, finance (including corporate finance) and insurance experience and has been involved in many fund-raisings, financial restructurings and mergers and acquisitions in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and several other CEE countries.

Martin works in English, Czech and Slovak and has a passive knowledge of French. He is an attorney at law admitted to the Czech and Slovak Bar Associations.

Martin is listed and recommended as a leading practitioner, both in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate law and outsourcing in numerous directories and publications, including Chambers Europe, Chambers Global, The European Legal 500, Legal Experts and Best Lawyers.
