John has handled a considerable number of high-profile cases related to business transformations, M&As and privatizations. He has organized and supervised the conduct of numerous legal due diligence procedures, either in the framework of an M&A project or an IPO in the Athens Stock Exchange.
He is also specialized in employment law, having advised in several cases of group dismissals, negotiations of collective labor agreements with trade union organizations and pension schemes.
He has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration, as solicitor and arbitrator being in the list of arbitrators of E.B.E.A. (Athens Chamber of Commerce and Industry); also he is co-founder and member of the Board of the Institute of Arbitration.
He has long experience in management decision-making procedures, having participated in the Board of Directors of many ASE-listed and non-listed companies.
