Enrico Del Guerra has been a partner of Pavia e Ansaldo since 1998, and is working out of our Milan office, where he heads up the Employment Law Department.
Enrico has been advising Italian and international clients since 1990 on employment and social insurance matters, and has a consolidated background in the drafting of both subordinate employment and consultancy contracts, with a particular focus on executive remuneration and incentive packages, as well as in the management and termination of employment relations. Enrico has extensive experience in the negotiation and settlement of all types of labour and employment disputes. He regularly acts for clients in downsizing, transfer of going concerns and corporate restructuring matters, aided by his reputation in the handling of industrial relations issues.
He is a recognised expert on health and safety in the workplace (including in contracting agreements and outsourcing), as well as agency work relationships and their termination.
He is a member of Avvocati Giuslavoristi Italiani (AGI), the Italian employment lawyers association and of the International Bar Association (IBA).
