Graduated in Law at the University of Bologna in February 1984 magna cum laude, she has been enrolled in the Bar since 1986. She has also followed courses of study at the Universities of Mũnster and Hanover.
She has collaborated in research and teaching activities at the chairs of Constitutional Law at the University of Bologna and Administrative Law at the Universities of Pavia and Milan, publishing essays and entries in legal encyclopedias. In carrying out his professional activity, both judicial, especially before the regional administrative courts and the Council of State, and extrajudicial (assistance in the stipulation of agreements with the Public Administration and, for administrative matters, in the acquisition of companies and in the establishment of joint ventures) has acquired specific expertise in the procurement sector – also in the German-speaking systems – of the environment, telecommunications, administrative health law and urban planning, participating in the drafting of general planning tools. He has also acquired particular experience as a member of arbitration boards.
Since 2017 he has published articles for the types of The Law Reviews in the section dedicated to Italy, as well as “The Energy regulation and Markets Reviews” and “Environment and Climate Change”.
Part of the professional network of the on-line administrative law journal “GiustAmm.it” and of the “Giustizia Civile” group.
She is counted among the most prominent professionals for public law in Italy by Legal 500 and Chambers Europe.
