Alexandre Emond is Partner in the Real Estate Practice. His work encompasses all aspects of real estate law, such as sale operations, sale and leaseback, lease and other occupancy rights. He also handles partnership agreements in the framework of large real estate development projects. He handles both real estate asset (“asset deal”) and corporate real estate transactions (“share deal”). He also has specific expertise in real estate-related tax questions.
Alexandre graduated from the University of Louvain (UCL 2002) and holds an advanced master in tax law from the University of Brussels (ULB 2003). He also attended the executive real estate programme of the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB 2010).
Alexandre joined Liedekerke Wolters Waelbroeck Kirkpatrick in 2003 and became a Partner in 2013.
