Gerard joined Pérez-Llorca in 1995. As an expert in Real Estate and Corporate law, he has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate transactions (investment, development, sale, etc.). He is also well known as an expert in mergers and acquisitions.

Experience

Real Estate and Land Planning
Gerard deals with all aspects relating to real estate activities, a field in which he has proven experience as a result of his involvement in a number of the principal Spanish real estate deals in Spain in recent years. He advises both national and international clients in the development of property projects, which take many forms including shopping centres, apartment blocks, offices and hotels. His advice covers all phases of the projects, including town planning, development, construction and marketing. His advice also covers the legal aspects of project finance.

Corporate and Financial
Gerard has great expertise in this area, particularly in mergers and acquisitions. His clients include various private equity companies and private investors, for whom he works as their legal advisor with regards to their Spanish and international investments.

Gerard has wide experience of teaching and is often invited to speak at seminars and conferences.
