Javier Carvajal joined Pérez-Llorca in January 2017 as partner of the Corporate practice area at the firm.

Experience

Javier has over 20 years’ experience in corporate law. He specialises in takeover bids, M&A transactions, private equity, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and IPOs. He advises national and international groups on transactions in the energy, infrastructures, financial and industrial sectors.

Academic and Publishing Collaborations

Javier lectures on M&A and capital markets for several master’s degrees, and was an associate professor of International Private Law for UNED (National Distance Learning University) for over five years. He is also the author and co-author of articles published in specialist magazines and collective volumes of work.
