Astrid Waser

Dr. Astrid Waser is a partner in the Competition, Regulated Market and Investigation group in Zurich. She specializes in all aspects of competition (anti-trust) law, public procurement law, media and telecoms law and compliance. Astrid Waser also advices on regulatory, administrative and internal investigations, including sexual harassment investigations, and has a long-standing experience in the field of compliance matters. She advises in non-contentious matters and represents clients before Swiss authorities and courts, in particular in investigations and infringement procedures of the Swiss Competition Commission as well as in merger filings and in public procurement procedures. Astrid Waser is a regular speaker at conferences and seminars.
