Floran Ponce

Floran Ponce is a lawyer and certified tax expert advising Swiss and foreign corporations, investment funds and banks on a broad range of domestic and international tax and commercial law matters. He advises them on aspects relating to mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financing transactions and restructurings, as well as on the management of tax affairs and controversies before Swiss tax authorities. He also assists companies and corporate executives on executive compensation and private clients on complex tax matters.
A frequent speaker at professional conferences on tax matters, Floran Ponce also teaches specialised tax courses for the Master’s degree programmes of the University of Lausanne and of the University of Geneva, and in the specialised training for the federal tax expert diploma.
