Swiss counsel to ams AG in the placement of senior unsecured bonds in an aggregate nominal amount of USD 350 million and convertible into 3.27 million ordinary no par value bearer shares listed on SIX
Swiss counsel to BNP Paribas, Credit Suisse and UBS in their capacity as joint lead managers in CHF 400m bond issue by Republic of Argentina, with bonds issued under NY law and listed on SIX Swiss Exchange (Swiss Franc Bond of the Year 2017 (IFR Awards 2017))
