Professional experience:

He joined the Firm in 2020 after more than 12 years as partner of an international law firm, in charge of the employment and labour law group.
After graduating from the University of Milan, Marco worked with several law firms, specialising in labour law. He has then completed his previous experience working within the area of corporate law of an international law firm, with particular reference to M&As and business transformations.
The union of such diverse experiences means that today he addresses all issues relating to HR matters connected with corporate restructuring and transactions and to propose concrete and business-oriented solutions to clients.
Marco acts for Italian and international clients in the organization of personnel, transfers of activities, outsourcing and the planning and implementation of reorganization and workforce reduction processes, providing support in industrial and union relations. He also advises companies on all issues relating to the management of staff relations.
Marco has gained a particular and significant knowledge of the organizational and production processes related to the management of human resources in the sectors of industrial, tourism and logistics companies thanks to many years of assistance to primary clients in these sectors.

Education:

Law degree at the University of Milan in 1994.

Admitted to Italian bar in 1999. Member of the Milan Bar. Member of AGI (Italian employment and labour law lawyers)
