Vassilis is specialized in employment law, having an extensive experience in all HR issues (including code of conduct policies, data protection policies, Employer’s handbooks, business-level CLAs, individual employment contracts of any kind etc).
He has also a long experience in litigation, having handled serious cases referring to commercial disputes, intellectual property and unfair competition matters.
He has worked for 18 years as in-house lawyer and Legal Director in the Holding Company of Boutari Group, Mythos Brewery SA (part of S&N and subsequently Carlsberg Group), being also in charge of HR & Corporate Affairs function, contributing to several international projects of Carlsberg Group.
ADMISSIONS
Joined the Athens Bar in 1993. Qualified to practice before all Courts of all degrees, including the Supreme Courts.
