Henrik is a partner in Cederquist’s business group for Intellectual Property Law, Media Law and IT Law and specializes in IT and outsourcing, data protection, e-commerce, fintech and commercial agreements. Henrik has previously been an in-house lawyer for a global manufacturer of outdoor products, where he mainly supported purchasing and IT in procurements and contracts concerning IT. Henrik has also acted as Acting General Counsel for a technology company with operations in several countries.
