Junior Associate

Dániel Attila Nagy is a Junior Associate in the Budapest office. He focuses on data protection, intellectual property, technology, media & telecommunications (TMT), and employment law.

Dániel is a significant member of the TMT team ever since he joined Kinstellar in 2016. He has advised clients, including energy, financial, media, armaments, pharmaceutical and fashion companies, on high-profile projects and worked on major advisory deals. He was responsible for preparing documents, conducting legal research, holding on-site workshops and coordinating teamwork relating to compliance with data privacy laws and the development and protection of clients’ intellectual property portfolios.

He has contributed to numerous publications, newsletters, presentations and conferences on various legal topics.
