Edina Zrónik is a Senior Associate in the Budapest office focusing on energy & natural resources.

Edina has extensive contractual experience and advises numerous clients including multinational energy holding companies, project companies and power plant operators across sector specific downstream energy developments, including green and brown field petrochemical upgrades and facility establishment projects, renewable and alternative energy sources and nuclear power plant implementation project.

RECENT ENGAGEMENTS INCLUDE ADVISING

ENERGY & NATURAL RESOURCES

• A CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT on the greenfield development of two major petrochemical development projects in Siberia, Russia, with an overall value of more than USD 1.4 billion, including the drafting and negotiation of the suite of EPC contracts successfully concluded for the two projects
• A CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT on the establishment of a greenfield HUF 97.5 billion 430,000 sqm electric vehicle battery factory in Hungary, including all legal aspects, such as corporate, commercial, real estate acquisition, permitting, construction, energy regulatory, TMT, procurement, and state aid
• A CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT on drafting and negotiating of a Framework EPC Contract for more than five (5) revamp projects of a specific production facility in its petrochemical complex
