• THE MAJORITY SHAREHOLDERS OF NEMIROFF VODKA LIMITED, a major CEE vodka manufacturer, on a complex dispute involving proceedings in several jurisdictions in relation to obtaining full and complete control over the company following an LCIA shareholders dispute
• THE SELLER OF ONE OF THE LARGEST AGRICULTURAL COMPANIES IN UKRAINE on an LCIA arbitration in relation to post-M&A breaches of the transaction documents
• A UKRAINIAN HIGH-NET-WORTH INDIVIDUAL on a large multijurisdictional shareholders’ dispute involving court proceedings in Cyprus, Ukraine, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Belize, several arbitral proceedings at the LCIA, asset tracing and fraud investigations in connection with fraudulent misappropriation of assets by former business partners
