- TWO MAJOR INTERNATIONAL CREDIT INSTITUTIONS, as lenders part of a syndicate of international banks, on a complex debt raising by a leading Romanian telecommunications company of an aggregate amount of EUR 800 million including a syndicate loan and a bond issue
- LIBERTY STEEL on the cross-border financing of the group in relation to the acquisition of a regional steel business in the ArcelorMittal group; our teams in Bucharest and Prague further advised the client on the landmark acquisition of Arcelor Mittal’s assets
- AN AMERICAN MULTINATIONAL INVESTMENT BANK AND FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY on the Romanian law aspects of a combined bond and bank financing to a leading international cosmetics producer and distributor
