Nikolas focuses on the area of labour and social security law, particularly on issues arising from the relationship between employer and employee.

He advises on a range of issues, including individual employment relationships, flexible forms of employment, termination of employment contracts, collective labour law and strike action. He also represents clients in litigation arising in this area.

Nikolas is in the first year of his MBA studies at the Athens University of Economics and Business.
