Francesco specializes in international and domestic arbitration, and in local and cross-border litigation. His career has focused on construction, energy, infrastructure, corporate and M&A disputes, both locally and internationally.
Prior to forming Loy Letelier Campora he worked in the dispute resolution areas of Carey and Philippi, Prieto Carrizosa & Uría, and in the International Arbitration team for Latin America at Chadbourne & Parke LLP, New York.
He also temporarily integrated the legal department of BHP Minerals Americas, where he was in charge of temporarily managing the disputes of the company’s major projects in Chile.
Francesco holds a Master’s Degree in Law from Columbia University on a Fulbright Scholarship, and is a lawyer and professor of Civil Law at the University of Chile. Biography Experience Experience
