Toshiya Furusho is a partner in Osaka office of Oh-Ebashi LPC & Partners. His practice focuses on intellectual property licensing and litigation as well as counseling on intellectual property matters, and covers all areas of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition. He has extensive experience with patent litigations in a wide variety of industries including mechanical engineering, electric engineering and biotechnology, as well as trademark and unfair competition litigations representing brand manufactures. He has been an adjunct instructor of patent law at Kwansei Gakuin University Law School since 2014. In addition, he is currently serving as a vice-chairman of Intellectual Property Committee in Osaka Bar Association since 2016.
