Samantha Gonzalez

Samantha has been practicing Intellectual Property Law for more than 15 years since she began as an intern at the Mexican Trademark Office and has been dedicated to this field ever since.

She has experience in procedural matters and litigation, such as infringement litigation and cancellation proceedings, before the Mexican Trademark Office, the Federal Administrative Courts, and the Circuit Courts.

In 2021 she was promoted to Litigation Manager, which has enriched her management skills. In 2013 she joined Iberbrand®’s renewals department and that same year, she received the opportunity to start working in the litigation team.
