Marc Bornhauser

After his university training – Master of Business Lawyer (Paris II Assas, Promotion 1988) – he joined the Direct Tax Department of the Francis Lefebvre Office in 1988 as a trainee legal advisor.

Marc Bornhauser became a lawyer following the merger of the professions of Lawyer and Legal Advisor in 1992 and left the Francis Lefebvre Office in 1995 to join Siméon et Associés before founding Bornhauser in 1997.

Marc Bornhauser is Honorary President and Member of the Board of the IACF (Institute of Tax Lawyers) which he chaired from 2017 to 2020 and of which he previously chaired the Technical Commission on Wealth Taxation. He is also a member of the International Academy of Inheritance and Trust Law.

He is a member of the National Council of Bars (term 2021-2023) where he was elected on the ACE list.

He is the author of various articles, particularly on capital gains on the sale of securities and taught for 12 years at the Master II in Business Law and Taxation of Paris II. He leads numerous conferences within the I.A.C.F.

Marc Bornhauser holds a specialization in Tax Law.
