Dana is the leading partner in the fields of corporate strategies and M&As, as well as banking and finance. She joined the firm in 1997. She has been a member of the Slovak Bar Association since 2001.

Dana advises mostly international clients, as well as financial and insurance companies. Her consultancy is focused mainly on investments, acquisitions, and project restructuring. Her considerable experience includes acting as an advisor on the privatisation of several significant state-owned energy companies. She has a busy corporate practice, advising on a wide range of acquisition projects for foreign clients entering or investing in the Slovak market, M&A and other corporate transactions, and general commercial law and project financing.

Dana has extensive experience in analysing and structuring complex commercial projects and related commercial contracts.

Dana is fluent in English and German.
