Susana is part of the Corporate Law and M&A team. She started working at Posse Herrera Ruiz in 2012, where she remained until 2016, when she went on to work in companies in the energy and financial sectors, to rejoin the firm again in 2019. She has more than 12 years’ experience, and she has participated in some of the largest M&A transactions in the country, in addition to leading many transactions of local and multinational companies in all sectors of the economy. She graduated as a lawyer from Universidad Javeriana and holds a Master of Laws degree from Columbia University. Susana will reinforce the Corporate and M&A team, which has more than 20 lawyers and 6 partners.
Jesús is part of the Financial and Capital Markets team. Prior to joining the firm in 2016, he worked in Mexico and in the United States at firms such as Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom. He has more than 15 years’ experience, participating in the most important and innovative project financings in the country. He is licensed to practice in Mexico, New York and Colombia. He holds a law degree from the Universidad Iberoamericana de Mexico and an LLM in Business Law from New York University. This appointment brings the number of partners in the area to 3.
