The Firm has recently acted for and advised State Bank of India in connection with the financial assistance aggregating up to INR 969.87 Crores to Renew Solar Power Private Limited (“Borrower”), a subsidiary of Renew Power Private Limited, for refinancing existing term loans and the non-fund based facility from its existing lenders in relation to a 250 MW AC solar power project at Bikaner in the state of Rajasthan (“Project”).
