BLP advised The Prudential Insurance Company of America and Cigna as lenders in a senior note private offering of an aggregate amount of $115 million. The private placement was purchased by one or more investment funds or managed accounts by Prudential Private Capital, Inc., and Cigna Investment Inc. Procaps´ subsidiaries, including Salvadoran subsidiaries Procaps S.A. de C.V. and Biokemical S.A. de C.V., acted as guarantors in the transaction.
