CEE Attorneys has provided comprehensive legal advisory on the acquisition of Nová Karolina Park office building in the centre of Ostrava and the acquisition of PREMIUM PLAZA, the newest and most modern office building in the centre of Karlovy Vary, to investment group RT TORAX.

In recent months, CEE Attorneys has provided comprehensive legal advisory on two major real estate transactions, acquisition of premium office buildings – Nová Karolina Park in the centre of Ostrava and PREMIUM PLAZA in the centre of Karlovy Vary, to RT TORAX GROUP.
The exceptional Nová Karolina Park administrative and retail building has a total leasable area of over 30,000 m2 and offers 280 parking spaces. At the end of 2020 the occupancy rate was at 95%, with major tenants being, for example, ABB, Verizon, UniCredit Bank, Česká spořitelna, AXA Assistance, Stora Enso, Raiffeisenbank, Hello Bank!, NESS, Brose CZ or Y Soft. An indisputable asset of the whole project is its unique location, great accessibility and civic amenities in the area. The seller in the transaction was PASSERINVEST Group, a leading Czech investment and development group.
It is likely that the acquisition of Nová Karolina Park building will be one of the largest real estate deals of the year.
PREMIUM PLAZA, the newest and the most modern office building in the centre of Karlovy Vary, has a total leasable area of 6,203 m2 and 52 parking spaces. The seller in the transaction was UBM Development group, which focuses on residential and office real estate in major European metropolitan areas, and whose shares are listed on the Prime Market of the Vienna Stock Exchange.
In both cases, CEE Attorneys’ legal advisory included due diligence, preparation and negotiation of transaction and financing documentation.
