CHRIS VAN OLMEN RECOGNIZED AS “EMPLOYMENT LAWYER OF THE YEAR” BY HIS PEERS ON BEST LAWYERS
Chris Van Olmen received the title “Lawyer of the Year 2023” for the practice category “Labor & Employment Law” as he received the highest score of his “Best Lawyers” peers in Brussels.
Best Lawyers is an international peer-review ranking for lawyers. Lawyers can be nominated by anyone, after which listed lawyers can vote for their colleagues on a peer-review basis. Best Lawyers asks voters the question: If you were unable to take a case yourself, how likely would you be to refer it to this nominee?” Nominees are given a 1-5 rating. On the basis of the results, Best lawyers selects the nominees with the best ratings in specific practice areas per metropolitan area. The lawyer with the top score among these “best” lawyers is awarded the title “Lawyer of the Year”.
