It is with great pleasure and honor that I will be part of the team that will lead Region 4 Latin America of the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation. Years ago, this group of proffesionals were literally knocking doors in Latin American conferences and convince participants of the construction industry of the benefits of using this dispute avoidance and resolution method. We used to call ourselves the “Evangelists” since only a few heard us.
It took a long time, lots of efforts and tons of faith to see the fruits of our labor. Today I’m so proud to see my professional brothers Jaime Gray and Jerry Brodsky to lead this effort as Chair and Secretary, my professional sister MARCELA RADOVIĆ CÓRDOVA and my very good friends and colleagues @beatriz rosa as treasurer and my very good friend Augusto Barros de Figueiredo starting this new challenge. I’m sure we will be able to take Dispute Boards in Latín America to a new dimension.
