Lawyers of PRK Partners, who have been representing automaker Volkswagen in diesel engine disputes, have scored a success in a court case against the company, which filed a class action claim on behalf of the owners of the affected vehicles.
The District Court in Mladá Boleslav dismissed the class action, ruling that the plaintiff did not have standing to bring a lawsuit in court.
